About
Course Description Prepared Not Perfect™ is a practical professional-learning course designed to help educators move away from unrealistic expectations of perfection and toward purposeful preparation, flexibility, professional judgment, and responsive teaching. Participants will explore how to prepare effectively without overplanning, distinguish essential preparation from unnecessary perfectionism, respond when lessons do not go according to plan, simplify instructional practices, and make thoughtful adjustments based on student needs. This course does not encourage educators to lower professional standards. It encourages them to focus their energy on what actually supports teaching and learning.
