By accessing, purchasing, enrolling in, or using a course, program, website, digital resource, or educational material offered by Healing Waters Enterprises Global Media™ and/or Global Learning Institute™ (“HWEGM/GLI”), you agree to the following Terms of Use and Intellectual Property Policy.

1. Educational Access — Not Ownership

Payment for, enrollment in, or access to a Global Learning Institute™ course provides the purchaser or enrolled participant with a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the educational materials for their own authorized educational purposes.

Purchasing or completing a course does not transfer ownership of the course, curriculum, instructional design, written materials, assessments, presentations, graphics, recordings, or other intellectual property to the purchaser or participant.

All ownership rights not expressly granted remain with HWEGM/GLI or the applicable rights holder.

2. Intellectual Property Ownership

Unless otherwise expressly identified, original materials developed and owned or controlled by HWEGM/GLI may include course curricula, modules, lesson plans, instructional frameworks, assessments, reflection activities, rubrics, worksheets, presentations, instructor and participant materials, original graphics, videos, audio recordings, scripts, website content, downloadable resources, and other original educational content.

These materials may be protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, contract, and other applicable intellectual-property laws.

Third-party readings, publications, images, media, software, quotations, and other licensed or referenced materials remain the property of their respective rights holders.

3. Permitted Use

Unless different written permission is provided, enrolled participants may use course materials for their own personal and professional learning.

Participants may download or print materials only when that functionality is specifically provided as part of the course and only for authorized individual use.

Permission to access or download materials does not constitute permission to redistribute, publish, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit those materials.

4. Prohibited Uses

Without prior written authorization from HWEGM/GLI, users may not:

Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, upload, transmit, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit protected course materials;
Share purchased or restricted course materials with individuals who are not authorized participants;
Share account usernames, passwords, course-access links, or other credentials;
Upload course materials to public websites, social-media platforms, file-sharing services, artificial-intelligence repositories, course-sharing websites, or other databases for unauthorized distribution;
Remove or alter copyright, trademark, attribution, confidentiality, or proprietary notices;
Sell, rent, license, or otherwise redistribute course materials;
Present HWEGM/GLI curriculum or materials as the user’s own original work;
Use protected materials to create unauthorized substantially copied courses, workshops, training programs, publications, or commercial educational products;
Falsely claim affiliation with, sponsorship by, certification from, or endorsement by HWEGM/GLI or any university or third-party credit provider.

5. Educators and Professional Participants

Enrollment by a teacher, administrator, coach, consultant, trainer, school employee, or other professional does not automatically grant permission to reproduce the course materials for students, employees, colleagues, clients, workshops, professional-development programs, or other groups.

Concepts learned through a course may naturally inform a participant’s professional practice. However, proprietary course materials themselves may not be copied or redistributed except as expressly authorized.

Organizations interested in institutional, school-wide, group, training, or licensing rights should obtain written authorization from HWEGM/GLI.

6. Course Access and Account Security

Course access is intended solely for the individual or organization authorized at enrollment.

Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and preventing unauthorized access to restricted materials.

HWEGM/GLI may restrict or terminate access when there is reasonable evidence of credential sharing, unauthorized copying, redistribution, fraudulent access, or other material violations of these Terms.

7. University Credit and Third-Party Relationships

Certain Global Learning Institute™ courses may qualify for university or continuing-education credit through an independent credit provider.

When applicable, credit eligibility, registration, transcripts, grading requirements, fees, deadlines, and other university-related matters may be governed by the applicable credit provider’s policies and requirements.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing or enrolling in a Global Learning Institute™ educational program should not be interpreted as enrollment in, admission to, or conferral of a degree by a third-party university.

Any university-credit relationship will be described according to the applicable provider’s authorization and requirements.

8. Trademarks and Branding

Names, program titles, logos, slogans, and other source identifiers belonging to HWEGM/GLI may not be used in a manner that falsely suggests ownership, authorization, affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement.

Use of the ™ symbol identifies marks claimed by their respective owner. The ® symbol will be used only where applicable following registration.

9. Certificates and Course Completion

Any certificate issued in connection with a Global Learning Institute™ program represents only the achievement specifically identified on that certificate.

Certificates may not be altered, duplicated for another individual, sold, transferred, or used to make false claims concerning credentials, licensure, professional qualifications, university degrees, or academic status.

10. Unauthorized Use and Enforcement

HWEGM/GLI reserves the right to investigate suspected unauthorized copying, distribution, resale, credential sharing, plagiarism, infringement, or misuse of proprietary educational materials.

Depending upon the circumstances and applicable law, HWEGM/GLI may suspend access, terminate accounts, issue takedown requests, contact hosting or marketplace providers, pursue available contractual remedies, or seek other appropriate legal relief.

11. No Transfer of Intellectual Property

Nothing contained on this website, within a course, in an enrollment transaction, or in a certificate of completion should be interpreted as selling, assigning, or transferring HWEGM/GLI intellectual-property ownership unless an authorized written agreement expressly states otherwise.

Enrollment purchases access to education—not ownership of the curriculum.

12. Updates to These Terms

HWEGM/GLI may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in its programs, technology, business practices, or applicable requirements.

The effective date appearing at the top of this policy identifies the current version. Changes will apply prospectively as permitted by applicable law.

13. Questions and Licensing Requests

Questions concerning copyright, intellectual property, institutional licensing, permissions, or authorized use should be directed through the official contact method provided on the Global Learning Institute™ website.
