Meet Dr. Maria Armstrong
Educator, Author, Musician, Vocalist & Christian Counselor
Maria A. Armstrong is an Educator, Author, Musician, Vocalist, and Christian Counselor with over twenty-five years of music and educational experience.
Throughout high school, college, and her professional career, she has served as Minister of Music for several churches in the West Tennessee areas. She has taught music both publicly and privately as well as sung professionally for both private and civic functions.
Her passion and love for teaching has led Dr. Armstrong to teach from Early Childhood to Collegiate, locally, and internationally. She has served on committees for the State of Tennessee as well as served in different areas of the education field. She currently resides in Japan.

Clinical Christian Counselor
Certified and Licensed Christian Counselor and Life Coach since 2005. Expertise in Christian and secular counseling with a goal to empower people from all walks of life, especially women and children. Active member of the National Christian Counselors Association and Christian Coaches International Network.
Educator Professional
A seasoned, certified, and licensed teacher since 1993. Taught, consulted, mentored, and tutored early childhood, elementary, middle, and collegiate students and teachers. Served on state boards for testing and administered state tests. Active membership with the National and Federal Education Association and The Christian Educators' Association.
Music Specialist
Professional vocalist and musician with expertise from classical to gospel. Currently serving as a Music Specialist for the Department of Defense Education Activity. Teaching and mentoring others in churches and schools, inspiring and enlightening through song on diverse stages.
